Through a combination of in-class learning, team and individual research, and alumni engagement, students in this program will develop the skills and abilities to make asset allocation decisions, choose among an array of securities (equities, fixed income), and make specific investment strategy choices – all in real time and in a continuously changing environment. In short, the SMIF Program is a DIFFERENCE MAKER.

Key SMIF Program Faculty/Staff include: Phil Baird, Associate Professor of Finance; Vashishta Bhaskar, Assistant Professor of Finance; Jon Kinol (B’85), Executive-in-Residence (EIR) Supporting Student Managed Investment Funds; and Jennifer Milcarek, Program Director, Investment Strategy Institute
